1. Main structure of steel wire braided hose
The inner rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber which is mixed with special reinforcing agent. The special steel wire for high quality rubber hose is used as the braided reinforcing layer (it is divided into ⅰ, ⅱ and ⅲ layers according to the pressure of the rubber hose). The outer rubber layer is made of synthetic rubber with excellent weather resistance.
2. Main features of steel wire braided hose
High pressure steel wire braided hose has good oil resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, tight tube body, high pressure bearing, flexion resistance, superior pulse performance, a wide range of applicable media, can be in the range of -40℃ - +100℃ with a certain pressure and temperature of oil based liquid, water based liquid, gas and other media.
