The failure of the valve block mainly shows the large coordination gap between holes and rods, dynamic seal wear, wear of the console shoulder, cavitation, etc. There are the following three forms summarized:

(1) Performance degradation: approximately 15% of the failure;

(2) Performance decline: accounting for about 70% of the failure, divided into corrosion and mechanical wear, mechanical wear can be subdivided into wear, aging, adhesion damage;
